VERY SAD
This guy went to hozpitals for a procedure and accidentally had his testacles removed. The interviewer is asking about the malpractices. This makes me sad and I don't think anyone should laughs at it's. Don't laugh or I'll tell Chuck Norris to find you and beat you up -

that guy should consider himself lucky! Most people have to go to all the hassle of getting married to have their testicles removed.

Okay Okay, enough with the bad grammer already, sorry!
FTR: this is from a Belgian comedy show. It's not real! They're speaking Flemish which is a Dutch (Netherlands) dialect and one of twp languages being spoken in Belgium.
Also although castrata was being practised in the 16 and 17 century to preserve a boy's high voice after puberty it does not work with grown ups who's voices have already changed. Furthermore I'm a wise ass.
